The Logistics Performance Evaluator is a one-time use tool to gain an understanding of the freight activities performed from/at a location. You will have access to the LPE platform to view your own goods receiving and/or delivery statistics benchmarked against your industry, following a period of data entry. We also provide a free vehicle tracking service, for better operations planning.
Data analyzed on this platform will help researchers and agencies better understand what infrastructure and policies are needed to foster a freight friendly business environment in Singapore..
This tool has been developed by the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, in collaboration with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Land Transport Authority (LTA), and JTC Corporation.
All data collected will be made anonymous, and no personal data will be collected. The industry comparisons are done on an aggregated level, and no information pertaining to establishment identity will be divulged.
This tool is built as part of the Urban Freight and Heavy Vehicle study and all data collected will be used for research purposes only.
Data collection is conducted in two ways:
All the data that you provide or we collect is processed by our algorithms to generate insights, and detect the locations and stop durations of your vehicles. The driver interviews will inform the activities that are performed at their stops.
The insights generated for your establishment location will be visualized and compared against your industry and size. These visualizations will be available for only you to see on the platform.
Upon completing data entry, you will be able to see the benchmarking visualizations generated by the platform, comparing you against your industry. You can see a demo here.
If you complete the data entry, your establishment will be entered into a lucky draw to win one of three $1000 vouchers.
All drivers who complete the interviews will be given a $50 grocery voucher.
